Regulatory & Compliance Director, The Hut Group Plc
Elaine was my trainer for my brc lead assessors, I was a little weary as this was over lockdown and I’d never completed any virtual training before, but Elaine was brilliant 🌟 she totally brought the course to life, engaged all the group, kept to time and made the subject matter interesting with relevant and up to date examples.
We had a series of break out groups too, which Elaine ensured everyone was involved in too. A highly motivated and engaging trainer in all things food safety! I would definitely recommend.
